tonia is a wonderfully talented host & artist, tonia gave us great dining recommendations and was very responsive to requests, tonia is a great host and very responsive to her guests' needs, tonia was responsive and accommodating throughout the stay, perfect location with amazing artwork comfortable bed beautiful private yard great security wonderful neighborhood and very convenient location, charming guesthouse in park hill neighborhood, very well set up and the beds were very comfortable, the guy who lives downstairs (whom i barely ever heard) is a wonderfully nice and friendly person, location is great and the owner was simply amazing, between close proximity to work stores and parks this cute little bungalow fit perfectly for us, very comfortable 2-bedroom place in the park hill neighborhood of denver, perfect location for getting around denver and a lovely neighborhood/people to walk my dog through daily, this small denver bungalow is ideally situated in the city -- nearby to parks and easy access to downtown, luxurious condo in an upscale neighborhood, nice two bedroom two bathroom apartment with spacious balcony, very comfortable with plenty of space and privacy with 2 full baths, used the grill and very well stocked kitchen for some entertaining, the condo itself was immaculate and comfortable, we had a fabulous time in this apartment exploring denver, everything was clean and well maintained great for entertaining company, it's a very comfortable space: spacious super clean with lots of sunlight and modern amenities, it is spacious and clean has all the essentials and location cannot be beat, the owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to my questions when i arrived, the owners were very easy to reach and they made sure everything was good for us, the owners were excellent to work with and the price was reasonable, great location in denver near union station, the location is an easy pleasant walk to downtown, the condo is in a great area very close to all that downtown has to offer, easy to just head out and walk around the city, it's a very short walk to a great rei with built-in starbucks, comfy vacation rental with hot tub near top attractions, the basement floor apartment was delightfully decorated with all amenities, recently renovated large 2 bedroom lower-level apartment with nice backyard and terrific location, ppace was very clean with new floors and appliances, chris' place is incredible clean and spacious the pictures do not do the property justice, clean quiet and great outdoor space with patio and hot tub, unit is large and clean full size appliances comfortable beds (one is super soft one is firm), property manager was super friendly and helpful, when we needed an item the manager was extremely helpful and got back to us immediately, we flew the host wast very helpful and friendly, the owners were so nice and helpful and colby the dog was so welcoming, great location across the street from city park and close to downtown fun, it was a central location with easy access to downtown denver & surrounding areas, jacuzzi was fantastic and location is outstanding, my dogs enjoyed it to the fullest with central park being so close, the place has a very spacious living room and the backyard is huge and inviting, we felt so taken care of the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and the backyard was huge, it worked out perfectly as a clean warm and comfortable vacation base, there was plenty of space and they set out little snacks extra clean towels sheets etc, excellent location very clean and spacious place we felt at home thank you, house and property were great host was even better, i obviously know owners with coded doors can easily access the space if they choose, owners live there but only saw them when they welcomed us and offered help if needed, we absolutely loved our stay at this location our hosts were so helpful and kind, the location is perfect for getting around denver, we loved the park just a block away and all the yummy local food, easy access to all of denver from this quiet neighborhood, the location was perfect and only 10-20min from everywhere we needed to go, The only downside was the couch in the living room was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, My only suggestion would be to add one more bedside table to each of the bedrooms and one more comfy chair in the living room for visiting/tv watching, There was usually the 4 of us hanging out in the living room and one person would sit on one of the dining room chairs (bar height), It would be beneficial to replace the couch and add an additional chair to the living room to provide ample seating for guests Other than the couch, The apartment was very clean and was exactly as described, we were very pleased with Great communication with the host, Sanja provided a ton of info and had a quick response to all my messages We would love to rent again next year, both are a bit dated Beautiful floors and comfy beds Sanja has every comfort you might be needing from home Tons of spices and oils to cook with shampoo and hair dryer fan, Sanja was so helpful and the place was in a great location, Two Denver must sees We would definitelt stay again, The neighborhood is a little older but inside the house, Who needs to worry about parking Local neighborhood, Only a$12 Uber ride to the heart of downtown, The best part of this location was it is about a mile from our daughter and son in law, has everything you need including a Starbucks Sloan lake is also a beautiful place to spend a day, The microwave was so disgusting we were unwilling to use it, Do not expect any sense privacy or security during your stay, The bathroom door does not close and there is no heat in the bathroom, The cottage was very spacious and comfortable, The owner himself is a rude and agressive man who always smelled of alcohol, they were friendly and professional as was the host, An excellent value in a good location in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver Walk to good restaurants, Stayed here while taking a course Very clean and great location, We loved our stay here Great neighborhood plenty to do close by but easy to get to other areas as well, Perfect place in a great location Will definitely be back, One couple stayed with us and the other stayed at a nearby hotel, and you can't beat the fresh coffee every morning to start your day off right, A great place for friends or a couple to have relaxing peaceful vacation, Al and his partner were very inviting
